What was the highlight of Emaar Al Noor Hotel Makkah
It is bit away from Haram but due to nearby Saptco bus...
It is bit away from Haram but due to nearby Saptco bus station it doesn’t feel hectic. We booked a two rooms Suit which was spacious and equipped with small kitchen along with its accessories which is good for medium to large families. Hotel area is very quit and comfortable.
WiFi was not available in the room and you have to go to lobby to use it for which I think hotel management needs to think to improve. The biggest issue is unavailability of supermarket in the surrounding. You have to walk around 200-300 meters in order to reach to a small supermarket and the worst thing is while returning you have to climb on inclined walkway by holding shopping bags which was quite hectic.

It was not at all a pleasant stay.
The location is good and Haram is not far. The Cabs are also easily available.
The approach of the staff is very unprofessional. No cleanliness is maintained. The hotel didn't care about housekeeping and making up my room, although my stay was for 4 nights; despite reminding multiple times. One of the beds was found broken. No English speaking staff.

My family and I lives the location. Also it holds many dear memories of the many times we stayed here
The cleanliness was not upto speed, especially the bathroom. Toilet smelt of urine and under the the seat rim had not been cleaned, I assume for ages. Floors and kitchen basin also not clean as well as the general odour of the apartment in general.

Very Far from Haram... Location on Google Maps is incorrect but booking.com is correct
The location you get on Google Maps vs the location on Booking.com is very different. The one go Google maps is wrong and this hotel is far away from Haram. Its in Al Noor Street so please ensure you follow booking.com location.
